Section 7B – Payment, COD Orders, And Verification

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, or unauthorised transactions. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, ISOUA may: 

-Require additional verification via phone, email, or OTP

-Limit or restrict COD availability for certain users or locations

-Failure to complete verification may result in order cancellation.

Section 8 – Shipping, Delivery, And Risk Transfer

Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. ISOUA shall not be liable for delays caused by logistics partners or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title to products shall transfer to you upon handover of the products to the logistics or delivery partner.

Section 9 – Returns And Refunds

Returns and refunds shall be governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Due to hygiene and safety considerations, certain skincare products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

In case of any conflict between these Terms of Service and the Return & Exchange Policy, the Return & Exchange Policy shall govern with respect to returns, refunds, and exchanges.

By submitting, posting, or sharing content with ISOUA, including through social media interactions, you grant ISOUA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such content for business and marketing purposes. The parties agree to attempt amicable resolution of disputes in good faith. Failing such resolution, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Delhi, India, and proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding.

Section 22 – Waiver

Failure by ISOUA to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision or any other rights.
